What is Life Coaching?
It’s a set of conversations that forward individuals in the domains of their interest, be it studies, family, relationships, finance, career, performance, clarity etc.
Whom can benefit from Life Coaching?
If you find yourself saying “yes” to most of the questions below, you will most likely benefit a lot from coaching:
- Do you feel that you’ve got a lot more potential as an individual?
- Are there current unresolved issues in your life?
- Would you like to work on any of these areas?
- Career/ Studies/ Work
- Finance
- Relationships (eg. social, romance, community etc)
- Family
- Performance/ Effectiveness/ Results
- Fulfillment/ Passion/ Direction
- Freedom
- Health
- Business
- Leadership
- Confidence/ Self-worth/ Attraction
- Communication
- Would you agree that there are both barriers that you can and cannot identify easily?
- Do you believe in developing yourself to the next level of your life?
What is a Clarity Coach?
Just like how a basketball coach assists a player to improve on his accuracy and court tactics, or how a business coach works with a client on increasing his business revenue, a Clarity Coach is one whom is someone whom is able to cause clarity in the key areas of your life that you want to work on.
If you have a relationship issue, a clarity coach works with you to find out what is working or not working in the relationship, what are the different perspectives/ angles that you are not seeing right now that is preventing you from achieving your ideal relationship. Similarly, if you are working on a business, a clarity coach works with you to uncover what is missing in your business mechanics, where are the key areas that can be improved and how you can deploy your resources more effectively.

Dear Wan ling,
That is indeed a profound issue indeed! There are so many ways we can tackle this issue:
a) Understand what your confusion is all about
b) Discover what’s beneath the confusion and its drives
c) Unlocking your conflict between your values set (eg., snowflakes cannot be at a bright green pasture)
d) Understanding the mechanics behind snowflakes on bright green pasture
e) something else – which could be a deeper issue …
Which one applies to you more? ; )
PS: Lol… thanks for dropping by, sweetie ; ) cya around!
